Does anyone else find it incredibly rude that a friend will drag you to the stores she KNOWS you don’t like and that she KNOWS you don’t want to be in? I don’t feel in place in like Hollister or A&F but she still drags me in here and makes me watch her shop. I haven’t gotten to visit any stores I want yet…. See what I mean by rude?

Well yesterday, for the first time ever, I took a trip to a Mexican store/market. My boyfriend is of Mexican decent and he was ready to share with me his childhood and culture. This is a wrapper of a chocolate covered marshmallow face. He was so excited to get this one, it was a reminder of the childhood he loves and values. It’s a thrill really…to walk into unfamiliar grounds and take in unfamiliar sights. It’s scary and amazing. I enjoyed seeing the smile on his face when he spotted his favorites, and I loved the excitement in his voice as he explained things to me. I seriously can’t wait to learn more. :) and oh the candy was pretty good. ;)
